This agreement outlines the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) policies of CAMBIOSALDO, which are legal and regulatory requirements to ensure that our operations comply with international regulations. The aim is to prevent our platform from being used for illicit activities such as money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activities.
1. Applicability
This agreement applies to all CAMBIOSALDO customers who use our services for the exchange of electronic currencies, fiat currencies, and cryptocurrencies. By creating an account and using our services, you agree to comply with the policies and procedures set out below.
2. KYC (Know Your Customer)
In order to identify and verify the identity of our customers, CAMBIOSALDO implements KYC procedures that include, but are not limited to:

Identity verification: All customers must provide valid government-issued identification documents, such as a passport, national ID card, or driver’s license.

Proof of address: A document that validates the customer’s residence, such as a utility bill, bank statement, or a recent lease agreement, is required.

Additional information: Depending on the nature of the transaction and the volume traded, CAMBIOSALDO reserves the right to request additional information such as occupation, source of income, and tax declarations to verify the legitimacy of the funds.

3. AML (Anti-Money Laundering)
To prevent money laundering and terrorist financing, CAMBIOSALDO strictly adheres to international regulations and the standards set by the Financial Action Task Force (FATF). This includes:

Transaction monitoring: CAMBIOSALDO continuously monitors all transactions and reserves the right to block or report any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

Transaction limits: Based on the volume of exchanges, limits are implemented to prevent large, unverified transfers. For amounts exceeding [specify amount], additional verification procedures will be required.

Sanctions checks are conducted to ensure that transactions are not carried out with sanctioned persons or entities.
5. Information Update
CAMBIOSALDO requires that customers keep their KYC information up to date. Periodic updates of identity and address documents may be requested. If the provided information is not up to date, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend services until the verification requirement is met.
6. Consequences of Non-Compliance
CAMBIOSALDO reserves the right to deny services, freeze funds, or close accounts if we determine that the customer is involved in suspicious activities or if verification requests are not complied with. In case of violation of applicable laws, the customer will be reported to the relevant authorities.
7. Right to Modify
CAMBIOSALDO reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. Updates will be communicated to customers through the established communication channels in the service contract. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the modified terms.
8. Consent
By using CAMBIOSALDO's services, you agree to comply with this AML & KYC Agreement and consent to us collecting, verifying, processing, and maintaining your personal information in accordance with our policies and applicable laws.
